RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
The purchaser will need to notify us ‘the seller’ before returning the goods (via the contact details found on JesusFriendsKottayam.com portal), to notify the return of goods.
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the date of proven delivery. The goods should be returned after getting a return token number to the seller’s address preferably in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging is not available to the customer anymore, he should use adequate packaging to protect the goods from transport damage sufficiently to avoid damage claims because of damage due to wrong packaging.
The purchaser must bear the cost of shipping (including taxes and duties) for goods returned to the seller.
Custom-built instruments can be only returned based on proven structural manufacturing defects at the discretion of the seller. The purchaser must bear the cost of shipping (including all taxes & duties if applicable) for goods returned to the seller.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and satisfactory inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund on the purchase price fewer import duties & taxes (if applicable), shipping cost, and an 8% administration fee. If the goods have been tampered with and damaged by the purchaser further deductions will be made and in cases of unrepairable damage caused by the purchaser will not qualify for a refund. Please allow at least 15 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.
